Portable electronic handwheel without internal electronic counter, for connection to the CNC via cable. It has switches to select the resolution and axis of the CNC and can be equipped with four pushbuttons for remote control of CNC functions (upon request).
The VP54 features a 640g ABS housing with good resistance to external agents and an anodized aluminum control with 100 divisions; the steps (100 PPR) are lockable at each division. Two electronic switches select the resolution and the CNC axis, and a mushroom-type push button allows for immediate machine tool stop. Up to four push buttons on the front panel are available upon request for remote control of four CNC functions.
It is easy to operate and can be interfaced with most CNC machines thanks to various supply voltages (5 V ±5 % or 12–24 V) and nine electronic output stages. The 3 m cable has a connector at the end (VD4, VM9, VM5, or VL).
