Its extremely compact 18 x 18 mm design, combined with a robust anodized aluminum construction and a stainless steel drive rod guided by double sliding support, allows it to withstand high lateral forces and ensures high measurement stability even in applications with cams, probes, mechanical wedges or mechanisms with slight misalignments.
The conductive plastic resistor technology provides a lifespan exceeding 100 million movements, repeatability up to ±0.002 mm, and linearity up to ±0.05 % FS in the highest precision versions. The maximum operating frequency is 14 Hz, enabling fast linear movements within the manufacturer's specified limits.
The version TR-0050 It incorporates a 2-meter shielded cable output. The same mechanical configuration is available in versions with M8 and M16 connectors within Novotechnik's TRS series.
