The incremental encoder ELCIS I/63 It is a heavy-duty solution with a robust Ø 63 mm metal housing and square flange for industrial mounting. Designed for medium to heavy-duty applications, it offers reliability and precision thanks to its Ø 9.52 mm solid shaft, long-life bearings (1.5 × 10⁹ revolutions) and configurable electronics—including push-pull, line driver, NPN/PNP, open collector outputs and unidirectional/bidirectional versions with zero—operating between 5 and 30 V DC and frequencies up to 100 kHz (they could reach 300 kHz in customized options).

Capable of supporting continuous speeds of up to 6,000 rpm (intermittent up to ~7,800 rpm), the I/63 withstands impacts of 50 G, vibrations of 12 G (10–2 000 Hz) and temperatures between 0 °C and +70 °C in operation (–30°C to +85°C in storage). Its IP65 protection (shaft and outputs) and anodized aluminum body with Valox 420 top cover ensure durability in harsh industrial environments. With approximate weight of 570 gThis encoder is suitable for position/speed control in machinery, automation systems, CNC and industrial motors.
