A/959CC Absolute Fieldbus Encoder
- Manufacturer: ELCIS Encoder
- Category: Encoder, Absolute Encoder, Absolute Encoder Fieldbus, SENSORS
The A/959CC is a compact and robust absolute encoder with a hollow shaft and integrated flexible coupling, featuring a CANopen interface. It mounts servo-style using front-mounted clips or screws and offers high resolution at an excellent price/performance ratio.
The A/959CC is a single-turn or multi-turn absolute encoder with a CANopen/CAN (C2) or CAN with fiber optic (CF) interface and a CAN transceiver (ISO 11898), with a transmission speed of up to 1 MBaud. It allows selection of 4096, 8192, 16384, 32768, or 65536 steps per revolution and 1, 4096, or 16384 revolutions, with a maximum of 30 bits in binary code. Programmable parameters include cams, two limit switches, speed, baud rate, CAN identifier, and transmission mode, and two LEDs indicate the status.
Constructed with a Ø59 mm aluminum housing and a hollow F7 stainless steel shaft (standard Ø15 mm; Ø8, Ø10, Ø12, or others available upon request), its integrated elastic coupling allows for a maximum compensation of ±0.1 mm axially, ±0.2 mm radially, and ±1° angularly, and supports radial and axial loads of 40 and 110 N. It features IP64 protection on the shaft side (IP66 in the sealed version), withstands 30 G shocks and 10 G vibrations, and operates from -40 to +85 °C. Available in guemisa.es.
- Interface CANopen / CAN (or CAN with fiber optics) with ISO transceiver 11898 until 1 MBaud.
- Hollow shaft with built-in elastic coupling: compensates ±0.1 mm axial, ±0.2 mm radial and ±1° angular.
- Resolution of up to 16 bit per turn and 30 bit in 16384 turns.
- Programmable parameters: cams, 2 limit switches, speed, baud rate and CAN identifier.
