GUEMISA manufactures custom OEM products, not listed in our catalog, for machinery manufacturers, engineering firms, and integrators who need equipment that doesn't exist as a standard reference. This is one of our two manufacturing activities, along with truck scales. Pesacam, which we manufacture in Bellvei (Tarragona).

When does an OEM product make sense?

• No catalog model simultaneously meets the range, output signal, connection, and assembly requirements of the machine.
• The machine is mass-produced and always requires the same part number, with the same configuration.
• A discontinued piece of equipment needs to be replaced, and the standard alternative requires changing the assembly or the wiring.

What information do we need to study it?

• What do you want to measure and within what range?
• Precision and resolution required.
• Power supply and output signal (e.g. 4-20 mA, 0-10 V, RS 485 or fieldbus).
• Electrical connection and mechanical assembly, with a diagram or photos if equipment is being replaced.
• Environmental conditions: temperature, humidity, degree of protection, vibration, ATEX zone if applicable.
• Expected quantity and whether the equipment must come with a manufacturer's certificate, ENAC calibration certificate or DAkkS certificate.

How we work

1. We study the application with the above data and tell you if it is viable.
2. We sent you the technical proposal, with the technical data sheet or equipment plan, and the budget.
3. You approve the technical data sheet or drawing. If the project requires it, a sample is manufactured beforehand for validation on the machine.
4. We manufacture the equipment with the approved configuration, always the same for each order, and deliver it with its documentation and, if requested, with its calibration certificate (Calibration and certificates).
