El ELCIS 59ZMA (I/59ZMA) es un encoder incremental de Ø59 mm, con acoplamiento elástico, eje hueco pasante y de 1 a 3600 impulsos por vuelta. Es apto para su uso en motores. Es similar al modelo 59ZM, pero se suministra con un collarín de tope para fijarlo al eje del motor.
It has an anodized aluminum base and a Valox 420 cover, weighs 300g, and accepts stainless steel through shafts of Ø6, Ø8, Ø10, Ø12 and Ø15 mm (Øn on request). The maximum coupling compensation is axial ±0.15 mm, radial ±0.05 mm and angular ±1°.
Genera de 1 a 3600 impulsos por vuelta con una frecuencia máx. de 100 kHz (300 kHz opcional) y se ofrece con electrónicas NPN, PNP, push-pull, line driver, TTL y sinusoidal 1 Vpp. La fuente de luz es un LED con vida ≥ 100000 h y los rodamientos tienen una vida de 1,5 × 10⁹ revoluciones.
- Stop collar: supplied to fix the encoder to the motor shaft.
- Elastic coupling: max. axial compensation ±0.15 mm, radial compensation ±0.05 mm and angular compensation ±1°.
- Protection: IP64 on the shaft side (IP65 sealed with option Z, IP53 under torque with option B); on the output side, depending on the connection.
- Speed: 6000 rpm continuous in standard version, 3000 rpm sealed (option Z) and 8000 rpm under torque (option B).
