The incremental encoder ELCIS I/58S It is a high-precision model with a metal casing. Ø 58 mm, designed for CNC applications and automated systems. It features a servo-mount flange and a solid stainless steel shaft Ø 6 mm, ideal for applications requiring direct and stable mounting.

It offers adjustable resolutions from 1 to 25,000 pulses per revolution (ppr) and allows voltage settings from 5 to 30 V DC, with outputs in advanced technologies (push-pull, line driver, NPN, PNP, open collector). Thanks to its optical system with long-life LEDs and precision bearings with a service life of 1.5 × 10⁹ revolutions, provides clear signals up to 100 kHz (with option up to 300 kHz), supporting speeds up to 8,000 rpm continuous (12,000 rpm intermittent), vibrations of 12 G and impacts of 50 G.

Weighing in at ≈ 300 g, the I/58S is made of anodized aluminum and covered with Valox 420, supporting thermal ranges of 0 °C to +70 °C (–30°C to +85°C in storage). This model is positioned as a robust and highly accurate encoder solution for demanding industrial environments.
