I/68LL ROBUST Incremental Encoder
- Manufacturer: ELCIS -SICOD
- Category: Encoder, Robust Incremental
The ELCIS I/68LL incremental encoder is a robust and compact solution designed for demanding industrial environments. Its fully machined anodized aluminum housing offers excellent mechanical protection and versatile mounting options (side or rear heel) to suit a wide range of applications.
It offers configurable resolutions from 1 to 25,000 ppi, with a maximum standard output frequency of up to 100 kHz (optional up to 300 kHz) for special versions.
The standard shaft is Ø 10 mm with a radial/axial load capacity of up to 3 kg, and starting is guaranteed with a typical starting torque of 18 g·cm (standard version) at continuous speeds of up to ~6,000 rpm.
The bearings and construction ensure resistance to impacts of 50 G × 11 ms and vibrations of 12 G in the 10-2,000 Hz range.
This model is ideal for machinery, industrial automation, integration into motor or gearbox shafts, where high resolution, high signal frequency and a mechanical construction capable of withstanding demanding environments are required.
