The ELCIS 58 (I/58) is a general-purpose incremental encoder with a 58 mm diameter square flange, 6 h7 diameter shaft, and a pulse width of 1 to 25,000 pulses per revolution. It features a metal housing, an anodized aluminum base, a VALOX 420 cover, and weighs 330 g. It supports a 3 kg radial/axial load on its stainless steel shaft and operates from 0 to +70 °C with IP64 protection on the shaft side (IP66 sealed, IP53 under torque). Connections are available via cable, connector, cable end connector, or terminal box.
