The incremental encoder ELCIS I/41S It is a miniature rotary sensor with a cylindrical metal housing, specifically developed for industrial applications where space is limited but reliability and precision are essential. Its compact 40 mm diameter design and solid 6 mm diameter shaft make it a robust and versatile solution for demanding environments.

The I/41S model offers resolutions from 1 to 2,540 pulses per revolution (ppr), and is compatible with various supply voltages, from 5 to 30 V DC, depending on the electronic version selected. Thanks to its multiple output types (push-pull, line driver, NPN/PNP open collector), it easily adapts to different control systems. It supports speeds up to 6,000 rpm continuously, with an excellent response to vibrations (12 G) and impacts (50 G), and a mechanical lifespan exceeding 1.5 × 10⁹ revolutions.

Thanks to its sealing system, precision bearings, and long-life LED technology, the I/41S offers reliable and stable operation even in harsh industrial environments.
