TU820 Turbidimeter

Measuring range 0-4,000/40,00/400,0 Nephelometric method (USEPA 180.1) with 2200 K tungsten lamp. Lamp life 100,000h

The B&C Electronics TU820 turbidimeter is an advanced solution for flow turbidity measurement, specifically designed to meet USEPA 180.1 standards. Its nephelometric technology with a 2200K tungsten lamp light source ensures high accuracy and stability in the measurement of potable, industrial, and process waters.

The TU 820 turbidity sensor is constructed with a chemical-resistant PVC body and is ideal for pipe installation using a 2" Pipe Tee adapter (DN 50). Its design allows for controlled sample flow, minimizing interference from air bubbles or pressure fluctuations.

Thanks to its wide measuring range of 0 to 400 NTU, this sensor is ideal for applications in water treatment plants, filtration control, environmental monitoring, and industrial processes. Its rugged construction and easy integration with monitoring systems make it a reliable choice for continuous turbidity measurements.
