As an optical single-turn absolute encoder, with LED source and phototransistors, the A/359ZP offers up to 8192 steps per turn (13 bit) in Gray code, with parallel output and open collector NPN stage, via a 1 m cable with radial output.

Tiene carcasa Ø59 mm y eje hueco pasante H7 de acero inoxidable de Ø6, Ø8, Ø10, Ø12 o Ø15 mm y perno antirrotación para 4 kg de carga radial/axial, resiste impactos de 50 G y vibraciones de 12 G, y trabaja entre 0 y +70 °C con protección IP64 en el lado del eje (IP65 en versión sellada).
