Dual Engineering Audit (FAQ)
The MTN/6000 rack is designed for compatibility with 6000 series signal conditioning modules via a 64-pin DIN 41612 connector. Each module occupies a 450 x 135 mm slot, with an M6 mounting center at 465 x 57 mm. Integration is achieved using 45° screw terminals on the rear panel, allowing for main power (IEC) connections and input/output signals via BNC terminals. The configuration is optimized for operation in industrial environments with IP65 protection.
The MTN/6000 supports up to 12 signal conditioning modules plus one display module, while the MTN/6050 supports only 4 modules and one display module. Both racks share the same 3U height architecture (IEC 297-3) and compatibility with AC (85-264 V) or DC (12/24 V) power. However, the MTN/6000 includes visual (MTN/MH007) and audible (MTN/MH052) alarm options, while the MTN/6050 focuses on compact configurations with instrument box options and filler panels for empty slots.
