He F3eS Torque Transducer It is the digital optical transmission variant of the high-torque series, designed to measure extreme torques from 30 kNm to 50 kNm with superior immunity to electromagnetic interference (EMC). Its optical signal transmission system guarantees absolute data integrity in electrically noisy environments, such as near large frequency converters or high-power electric motors.
High Capacity and Optical Precision
Like its inductive counterpart, the F3eS offers exceptional accuracy (≤ 0.1%) and a robust construction capable of withstanding significant axial and lateral forces. It is the preferred solution for high-power E-Mobility test benches and turbine applications where signal purity is critical.
This model allows for the optional integration of a high-precision optical speed measurement system, suitable for speeds up to 5,500 rpm. Its flexible electronics provide simultaneous analog and digital outputs, facilitating redundant monitoring and real-time control.
