The LTFM-120 is a transit time ultrasonic flowmeter designed for non-intrusive measurement of clean liquids in pipelines. This device utilizes transducers that are installed externally in the pipeline, eliminating the need to interrupt the process for installation.
The LTFM-120 is microprocessor controlled, allowing for easy and adaptable programming in the field, offering an economical and efficient solution for flow measurement without the need to interrupt the process.
Properties
- Speed measuring range: 0.02 to 12 m/s.
- Precision: Up to 0.5% of the reading.
- Pipe Size Compatibility: Available with three types of sensors:
- Type A: for pipes from 20 to 100 mm.
- Type B: for pipes from 60 to 700 mm.
- Type C: for pipes from 300 to 3000 mm.
- Available departures: 4-20 mA, OCT and relay.
- Communication: RS485.
- Transducers: Ultrasonic sensors with magnetic fixing and IP68 protection, facilitating their installation in ferromagnetic pipes.
- Feeding: Wall-mounted electronics with 220 Vac or 10/30 Vdc power supply options.
