Encoder with all-metal pinion, for use with CR80 linear transducer in linear dimension measurement, with resolution from 0.001 to 1 mm and integrated pinion preload system.
The I/45C offers 1 to 10,000 pulses per revolution, a maximum frequency of 40 kHz (100 kHz optional), and features NPN, PNP, push-pull, TTL 7404 electronics, 26LS31 and 88C30 drivers, and a 1 Vpp sine wave output (max. 1024 ppr). It operates on a 5 to 30 V supply depending on the version.
Anodized aluminum base and cover, and stainless steel pinion with 13 or 16 teeth. LED light source with a lifespan of ≥ 100,000 hours. Supports 0.5 kg radial/axial load, operates from 0 to +70 °C with IP64 protection on the shaft side (IP66 sealed), and connects via a 1 m cable, a 9-pin sub-D connector, or a cable end connector.
