He ALVIM A001S3 biofilm sensor It is designed for the early detection of biofilm formation on surfaces. Its electrochemical principle allows for monitoring biological coverage from the 1 % up to 100 %, providing a usable signal in automation by 4–20 mA and digital communication RS485 / MODBUS RTU. Compared to indirect controls or manual inspections, it provides a continuous measure that can be directly integrated into monitoring systems.

Due to its construction in titanium, zinc and threaded connector in PVC, The A001S3 is suitable for most industrial applications and is particularly well-suited for seawater. It can be integrated into plant instrumentation for continuous monitoring, alarms, and condition-based dosing or cleaning strategies.
