The ELCIS F5C linear cable transducer measures linear displacements from 0 to 1250 mm. Patented design.
Potentiometer output of 1 kΩ (W), 4÷20 mA (6), 0÷10 V (7), 0÷5 V (8) or incremental (I, only up to 1000 mm stroke and with 5 V or 24 V), with 5, 12 or 24 Vdc ±5 % power supply depending on the electronics. Infinite resolution and 0.1 mm in incremental mode; potentiometer temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C and useful range as a voltage divider of ~3 % ÷ 97 %. Maximum linearity error of ±0.25 % fs, repeatability of ±0.15 % fs and maximum reading speed of 1 m/s.
Stainless steel cable, 0.51 mm diameter, with aluminum housing; pull-out forces <4.5 N and retraction forces <3.5 N; shock resistance of 50 G x 11 ms and vibration resistance of 12 G (10 ÷ 2000 Hz). IP54 protection rating for potentiometer and mechanical components; see connections for output. Mounting options: without bracket (N) or with bracket and wire exit at the top (A), right (D), or left (S); spring-loaded snap hook (carabiner) with pulley (G) and magnetic mounting (M). Connection via 1 to 5 m cable (CV), 4-pin CQ2 connector (IP66), or cable end connector (VM, TM, VL, TL, VD, VH, VH5, VI, VE, VK, TK, VN, VH6, VM5, VM9, VS, VD5). Available in guemisa.es.
