El ELCIS 390A (A/390A) es un encoder absoluto monovuelta óptico de 2 a 14 bits, apto para trenes de laminación y otros ambientes adversos, con carcasa totalmente metálica y doble junta tórica.

Como encoder absoluto monovuelta óptico, con fuente LED y fototransistores, el A/390A ofrece hasta 16384 pasos por vuelta (14 bit) en código Gray, Binario, Excess, BCD o personalizado. La salida es paralela, con opciones de LED de cero, Latch, Paridad y Multiplexor, serie SSI (RS422) en Gray o Excess, o analógica en corriente o tensión (0–10 V) con 10 bits de resolución.

Con carcasa Ø90 mm, base y tapa de aluminio anodizado y eje de acero inoxidable Ø12 h7, admite 15 kg de carga radial/axial, resiste impactos de 40 G (11 ms) y vibraciones de 12 G (10–2000 Hz), y trabaja entre 0 y +70 °C con protección IP66 en el lado del eje (IP67 en versión sellada). Peso: 800 g.

Technical Frequently Asked Questions

What resolutions does the A/390A offer in each code?

In Gray, Binary and BCD, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256 or 512 steps per revolution; in Gray and Binary, also 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192 or 16384; in Excess, Binary and BCD, 10, 100, 500, 1000, 180, 360, 720 or 900; and in Excess and Binary, 1440, 1800, 2000, 2880, 3600 or 4000. Other resolutions available upon request.

What limitations does analog output have?

Converts the 10-bit position (1024 div/revolution) into an analog current or voltage (0–10 V) for 360° of rotation. Available only with 15 V or 18–28 V power supply and 1024 resolution.

Can the SSI interface be used with binary or BCD code?

No. The SSI serial output is only available with Gray or Excess code. For Binary or BCD, the parallel interface is used, where the Latch input is standard.
