He F3 RTS Torque Transducer It is a static (reaction) sensor specifically designed for very high torque (Heavy Duty) applications, covering ranges from 30 kNm to 50 kNm. Unlike rotary sensors, the F3 RTS is designed to measure reaction torque on locked housings, test benches, or brake systems, offering exceptional structural rigidity.
Heavy Duty Static Measurement
Based on strain gauge technology, this passive sensor provides a robust mV/V output signal, ideal for connection to external instrumentation amplifiers or universal control units (TCUs). Its compact flange design facilitates mechanical integration into test benches and heavy machinery, ensuring safe and axially aligned torque transfer.
With an accuracy class of 0.1%, the F3 RTS is the reference for calibrating large capacity hydraulic wrenches, breaking tests of transmission components and monitoring static loads in civil and naval engineering.
