The ELCIS I/80 incremental encoder is a high-performance, robustly built model designed for demanding industrial environments. Its 80 mm diameter metal housing, entirely machined from anodized aluminum, offers exceptional rigidity and mechanical stability. It is available with a solid shaft of 10 mm or 12 mm diameter and various mounting options using flanges or side feet, facilitating its integration into machinery, electric motors, or position control systems.

It offers configurable resolutions from 1 to 25,000 pulses per revolution (ppr) and a maximum output frequency of 100 kHz standard (optional up to 300 kHzThe diet allows 5 to 30 V DC, compatible with outputs line driver, push-pull or open collector, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of industrial controllers.

Thanks to its excellent mechanical resistance, it withstands continuous speeds of up to 6,000 rpm, vibrations of 12 G (10–2,000 Hz) and impacts of 50 G × 11 ms. Its level of protection IP-54 (optional IP-65) and thermal range of 0 °C to +70 °C They ensure long-term reliability even in adverse environments.

The ELCIS I/80 encoder combines precision, robustness and versatility, making it ideal for heavy machinery, production lines, test benches and OEM applications that require stable and durable position and speed control.
