F1iS Torque Transducer
- Category: Torque torque, SENSORS
He F1iS It is a high-performance torque transducer designed for high-speed and extreme dynamic applications in electric and combustion engine test benches. Its architecture utilizes a fully inductive power and data transmission system between the rotor and stator, eliminating mechanical wear and enabling continuous rotational speeds of up to 30,000 rpm without maintenance.
Extreme Dynamics
The measurement core employs high-precision, thermally compensated technology to ensure exceptional zero-point stability (≤±0.05%/10K) and sensitivity. Integrated digital electronics process the signal on the axis itself with 16-bit resolution, providing superior bandwidth suitable for torsional vibration analysis and real-time fast transient capture.
This series stands out for its exceptional mechanical robustness, withstanding overloads up to 400% of the nominal torque and resisting severe shocks of 650 m/s². It provides versatile connectivity with simultaneous RS422 frequency (60±20 kHz), analog voltage or current, and CAN fieldbus outputs, facilitating its direct integration into the most demanding data acquisition systems in the industry.
