The ELCIS I/90CD incremental encoder is a high-precision solution for applications requiring high resolution and mechanical stability. Its 90 mm diameter, 55 mm long metal housing is designed for compact spaces without compromising robustness. The 20 mm diameter through-shaft facilitates direct mounting on drive shafts, reducing couplings and backlash.

This model allows configurable resolutions between 9,000 and up to 900,000 pulses per revolution (ppr) and achieves a maximum frequency of between 160 and 2,200 kHz depending on the version. It is designed for 5V power supply, and its accuracy level of ± 5.0 arc seconds makes it ideal for dividing tables, precision spindles, demanding automation machinery, or high-end measuring instruments.

The I/90CD encoder incorporates high-quality materials such as a stainless steel base and shaft, long-life bearings, and is designed for demanding environments with resistance to impact, vibration, and standard temperatures from 0°C to +70°C. Thanks to its construction, this model is perfect for integration into industrial processes where resolution, accuracy, and durability are key.
