The incremental encoder ELCIS I/63S It is a high-precision model designed for CNC applications and control systems requiring direct flange servo-mounting. Its robust Ø 63 mm metal housing, combined with a solid Ø 9.52 mm stainless steel shaft, guarantees stable mounting and a reliable signal in demanding industrial environments.

This encoder offers configurable resolutions from 1 to 25,000 pulses per revolution (ppr), with a wide range of power supply options from 5 to 30 V DC and flexible electronic outputs, including push-pull, line driver, NPN, PNP, and open collector. Its long-life LED optical system allows standard frequencies up to 100 kHz, with optional versions available up to 300 kHz.

With a maximum continuous speed of up to 6,000 rpm (intermittent up to 7,800 rpm), the I/63S withstands vibrations of 12 G and shocks of 50 G, maintaining signal accuracy and stability under adverse conditions. The standard IP64 protection rating can be upgraded to IP65 depending on the connector type used, ensuring protection against dust and splashes.

Constructed from anodized aluminum and coated with Valox 420, it weighs approximately 570 grams, making it an ideal solution for CNC systems, industrial automation, and machinery requiring high resolution and reliability.
