The sensor ALVIM AS11S3 It is an advanced solution for the detection and real-time monitoring of biofilm growth in industrial environments where hygiene is critical. Made from high-strength materials such as stainless steel, coated titanium, and PEEK, the AS11S3 withstands temperatures up to 150°C and is compatible with aggressive cleaning treatments, including CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) processes. Its flat surface design minimizes residue buildup and facilitates cleaning, ensuring continuous and reliable operation.

This sensor stands out for its ability to detect the initial formation of biofilm, allowing for early and effective intervention. Integration with industrial control systems is facilitated by analog (4–20 mA) and digital (RS485/MODBUS RTU) outputs, allowing continuous monitoring and optimization of cleaning and disinfection processes.
