F0iS-SV Torque Transducer
- Category: Torque torque, SENSORS
He F0iS-SV It is a precision torque transducer designed for dynamic testing and monitoring of critical industrial processes. Its architecture is based on a contactless inductive power and data transmission system between the stator and rotor, eliminating parasitic errors associated with traditional slip rings and ensuring maintenance-free operation with a theoretically unlimited lifespan.
Precision and Robustness
The internal measurement system uses thermally compensated, high-stability technology to minimize zero-point drift (≤±0.05%/10K) and sensitivity. The onboard electronics digitize the signal on-axis with 16-bit resolution, transmitting it with an optimized bandwidth to capture high-frequency torque transients (up to 6 kHz at -3 dB).
It offers a versatile and simultaneous output interface: a robust RS422 frequency signal (60 kHz ± 20 kHz) for high-speed closed-loop control, along with analog outputs (±10V or 4…20mA) and a CAN fieldbus for distributed data acquisition. Its compact mechanical construction maximizes torsional rigidity and minimizes the moment of inertia.
