The ELCIS I/40 model is a miniature incremental encoder with a fully metal housing of Ø40 mm, consisting of a machined aluminum base and a steel cover for reliable industrial work with a weight of 120 g.
It features a 20 mm diameter front centering bracket and a 6 mm diameter solid stainless steel shaft (with an optional 8 mm diameter H shaft), secured by front holes distributed around a 30 mm diameter circle. It provides 10 to 2500 pulses per revolution with a maximum frequency response of 180 kHz and offers options for NPN, Push-Pull, and Line Driver electronics.
