HSTT2eS Torque Sensor 200 Nm | 40,000 RPM | Ballistic Micrometry
- Manufacturer: CENSORED
- Category: Torque sensor, SENSORS
The HSTT2eS (High Speed Torque Transducer – Range 2) represents the pinnacle of torque within the Atesteo ballistic family, capable of delivering cross-vectors of 200 Nm on ultra-high-speed test benches. Its micro-structured design is exclusively for severe e-axle turbines, aerospace robotics, and very high-speed electric motors. Despite doubling the torque capacity of its smaller counterparts, the HSTT2eS maintains an astonishing rotational ceiling of 30,000 RPM sustained and 40,000 RPM peak (under optional test configuration). All of this is integrated into a concentric central coupling via a flush-mounted 66.0 mm PCD flange, resulting in an inertial mass of just 0.0003 kg·m², which prevents fracture due to parasitic centrifugal force.
Like all "eS" generation technology, the Wheatstone bridge capture and transfer relies not on conventional electromagnetic rotors, but on a purely optical telemetry gun. The elimination of magnetic components provides the HSTT2eS with complete EMI shielding against radiated voltage spikes (dV/dt) from adjacent high-voltage electric motors. The result is a completely pure and friction-free measurement profile of class ≤±0.05%, unaffected by frictional heating. Ideal for testbeds exploring the dynamic limits of tomorrow's motors.
