Torque Sensor SiS Z50 100 Nm | 25,000 RPM | Rigid Inductive Dynamometry

Inductive Telemetry | 100 N·m | 25,000 RPM | PCD Flange 101.5 mm | Inertia 0.00350 kg·m²

The SiS Z50 designation completes the grid of mid-sized gauges within Atesteo's engineering. Unlike its titanium (TiS) equivalent, this 100 Nm iteration is forged entirely from Dense Industrial Steel. The metallurgical decision to return to steel doesn't diminish its metric specifications but rather aligns strategically with those test benches that require a stabilizing mass to dampen rotating components exhibiting erratic yaw spikes. Its 101.5 mm isometric PCD flange now assumes a volumetric inertia of 0.00350 kg·m²; this robust mass is deliberately calculated to impose structural resistance, preventing the sensor from absorbing parasitic bending when the electric motor under test resonates.

Like the entire "iS" generation, its internal architecture dispenses with through-wiring or light telemetry, opting instead for pure stator-rotor electromagnetic transmission antennas. Although its robust nature evokes naval machinery, it is fully capable of operating at continuous rotational speeds of 15,000 RPM and accommodating ballistic simulation configurations at 25,000 RPM without compromising its ≤±0.05% Analytical Class armor. Its galvanic field makes it a reliable piece of equipment in conventional assembly testing rooms (EOL).
