SI308T CONDUCTIVITY SENSOR

For ultrapure water Cell content K=0.01cm-1 (0.2 to 20µS) Thread 1″ BSP, PVC body material, PT-100 for temperature measurement

B&C Electronics' SI308T Electrical Conductivity (EC) Sensor is a conductivity cell designed to measure electrical conductivity in ultrapure water.

This type of sensor is widely used to measure ultrapure water in industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, laboratories.

Its operating principle is based on measuring the capacity of the liquid to conduct an electric current. The sensor has two electrodes that come into contact with the liquid to be measured and an alternating signal is applied through the electrodes to avoid polarization. The electric current that flows between the electrodes depends on the concentration of ions in the liquid. The higher the concentration of ions, the higher the conductivity. It also has a temperature probe for greater precision in the calculation.
