Torque Sensor RT1eS-B 20 Nm | 25,000 RPM | Micro-Dynamometry
- Manufacturer: CENSORED
- Category: Torque torque, SENSORS
The series RT1eS-B Atesteo branches into two critical mechanical configurations (ETP and RW variants) intended to solve the torque capture problem in kinematic chains with very low inertia. Designed strictly for test benches where friction or parasitic drag would invalidate the measurement, it offers four continuous micro-range operating scales: 5, 10, 15 and 20 N·m. Its predominant quality is the retention of an impeccable Accuracy Class ≤ ±0.03% throughout the entire bandwidth, achieved by moving an ultra-light rotor with an outer diameter of 77 mm that absolutely stabilizes the inertia of the system in 0.00030 kg·m².
The "eS" architecture dispenses with physical contact brushes and integrates a symmetrical flange (PCD 63.0 mm) for tactical coupling to high-speed electric motors, supporting stable maximum speeds of 25,000 RPM. To protect the load cells against catastrophic failure of the inductor under test, the mechanical frame withstands peak surges of up to 500% of the nominal range (Mdn), with ballistic fracture margins blocked at 1000%. If your test requires CAN Bus transmission latencies of 1000 µs under simultaneous analog voltage and current outputs, please structure your test bench topology by contacting the specialists at the industrial subsidiary.
