Incremental Encoder for Motors I/59
- Manufacturer: ELCIS Encoder
- Category: Encoder, Incremental Encoder, Incremental Encoder for Motors, SENSORS
The ELCIS I/59 is an incremental encoder with the same features as the I/72, but with a patented flared flange that allows the encoder body to rotate on its axis for perfect electrical and mechanical zero alignment. Different flanges are available as an option.
The maximum compensation of the coupling is axial ±3 mm, radial ±0.05 mm and angular ±2°. The base is made of anodized aluminum, the cover of Valox 420 and the hollow shaft of stainless steel, from Ø6 to Ø10 mm; the weight is 520 g.
It offers 1 to 25,000 pulses per revolution with a maximum frequency of 100 kHz (160 or 300 kHz with the S and W options), a 5–30 VDC power supply, and a 1 Vpp sinusoidal output between its electronics. The shaft side is IP64 as standard and IP66 with a sealed bearing (Z option, 3,000 rpm max. continuous); the output side ranges from IP63 to IP67 depending on the connection. Available in guemisa.es.
- Patented flared flangeThe encoder body rotates on its axis to align the electrical and mechanical zero.
- Hollow stainless steel shaft: Ø6, Ø8, Ø9.52 or Ø10 mm; other diameters available upon request.
- From 1 to 25000 imp/v: max. frequency 100 kHz; 160 kHz with option S and 300 kHz with option W.
- Electronics: NPN, PNP, Push-pull, TTL, Line Driver 26LS31 or 88C30 and sinusoidal 1 Vpp.
