The incremental encoder ELCIS I/50FL It is a versatile and compact solution for position and speed control in industrial applications. Featuring a robust 50 mm diameter metal housing and a solid 10 mm diameter shaft, this model stands out for its mechanical strength and ease of installation thanks to its integrated mounting feet, making it an excellent choice for automation systems, industrial machinery, electric motors, and OEM applications.

It offers configurable resolutions from 1 to 3,600 pulses per revolution (ppr), with output electronics that can adapt to multiple environments thanks to its versions in 5 V and 24 V DC, exits line driver either open collector and working frequencies of up to 100 kHz (with the option of up to 180 kHz in special versions). Its optical system with a long-life LED source (≥ 100,000 hours) ensures a stable and precise signal even under demanding conditions.

This compact encoder is designed to operate in harsh environments, with standard IP54 protection (IP65 optional depending on connectors) and resistance to vibration and impact in accordance with industrial standards. It supports speeds up to 5,000 rpm continuously and working temperatures between –10 °C and +70 °C, ensuring long-term reliability and durability.
