I/30 Miniature incremental encoder

I/30 Miniature incremental encoder, shaft ø 4×11.2, body ø 30×31.3, pulses 100÷1024

The incremental encoder ELCIS I/30 It is a compact rotary transducer (Ø 30 mm), designed to offer a reliable and accurate solution in industrial applications with limited space. Featuring a robust metal housing (aluminum with a stainless steel shaft), this rotary sensor combines durability and high sensitivity in a compact form factor.

Available with adjustable resolutions between 100 and 1,024 pulses per revolution (ppr), it can operate on voltages from 5 to 24 VDC, generating a push-pull signal of up to 180 kHz, suitable for high-speed applications. The LED lighting system has a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours, ensuring reliability and low maintenance, while high-precision ball bearings provide a smooth and stable response. .

Weighing approximately 80g and built to ISO 2768‑mk, the I/30 withstands vibrations of up to 50G, offers adequate IP protection and operates in temperatures from –10°C to +70°C (or –30°C to +85°C for variants).

This encoder is ideal for position and speed control in automation, servomotors, packaging machines, and industrial equipment where small size is required without sacrificing precision.
