The ELCIS I/115R incremental encoder is a robust and precise model designed for industrial applications requiring reliable motion and positioning control. Its 115 mm diameter housing is made entirely of anodized and machined aluminum, ensuring excellent mechanical strength and dimensional stability in demanding work environments.

It features a solid 11 mm diameter shaft with a length of 31 mm, weighs approximately 850 g, and has a fully sealed metal construction, ensuring durability and precision even in the presence of vibrations or impacts. It offers configurable resolutions from 1 to 25,000 pulses per revolution (ppr) and a maximum output frequency of 300 kHz, suitable for high-speed applications and dynamic control.

The I/115R encoder supports 5 to 30 V DC power supply and multiple electronic configurations (line driver, push-pull or open collector), ensuring compatibility with most controllers, frequency converters and automation systems.

Thanks to its combination of large diameter, high resolution and rugged design, the I/115R model is commonly used in heavy machinery, servomotors, test benches and industrial equipment where reliability, precision and long service life are required.
