Steering Wheel Torque Sensor 50-400 Nm | Dynamic Steering Angle | Road-Drive Test
- Manufacturer: CENSORED
- Category: Torque sensor, SENSORS
The Atesteo Steering Wheel Torque Transducer has become the standard for collecting steering dynamics data for road-drive testing and high-fidelity vehicle simulators. Temporarily replacing the test vehicle's original steering wheel, this data capture array simultaneously audits both the force applied by the driver to the steering column and the yaw angle, offering programmed nominal range steps of 50, 100, 200, and up to 400 Nm. This allows testing of everything from ultra-lightweight utility vehicles equipped with modern EPS to ultra-heavy agricultural or industrial machinery without increasing the amount of onboard hardware.
At the electronic conversion level, the system outputs simultaneous frames in industrial analog formats (±10V at 16-bit resolution), Frequency (TTL), or CAN Bus. Regardless of the interface or the fluctuating operating temperature in the cabin (-10…70 °C), the main bridge maintains the stipulated deviation under control with an aseptic Accuracy Class of ≤±0.10%. This enables it not only for generic testing but also for stringent homologations of restraint systems, ADAS autonomous power steering, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) comfort analysis. Transform your cabin into a clinical acquisition interface by visiting the section on Torque Sensors embarked, or centralize your fleet's calibrations from the Guemisa Homepage.
