Torque Sensor SeS Z50 50/100 Nm | 25,000 RPM | Hybrid Dense Steel Rotor
- Manufacturer: CENSORED
- Category: Torque sensor, SENSORS
The SeS Z50 variant represents an alternative structural approach to the TeS standard. While both share the same hybrid volumetric range of 50 and 100 Nm designed for e-axle simulators and compact electric motors, the SeS model completely alters the metallurgical formulation of its internal bridge. Atesteo forgoes the ultra-light alloy and forges the SeS stator purely from Dense Steel. This substitution increases the transient mass of the PCD Flange (101.5 mm), pushing its moment of inertia to 0.00350 kg·m², giving the testbed an extreme level of flexural rigidity ideal for testbeds subjected to irregular load whips at low speeds or heavy drag inertias.
Despite its heavy steel construction, it retains the exceptional dynamic performance of the "eS" family. It effortlessly maintains its rotating base at 15,000 RPM and can operate continuously under an optional ballistic configuration at nearly 25,000 RPM. Furthermore, its armored architecture houses the series' Optical (Light) Telemetry, bypassing standard electromagnetic transmission. Thanks to pure light communication through free space, it immunizes the Accuracy Class of ≤±0.05% from deviations caused by EMI discharges or dV/dt noise from nearby inverters.
