He linear LVDT sensor The Schreiber Series SM24 is a miniature inductive transducer designed for direct integration into machine chassis thanks to its M12x1 threaded outer body. When operating by passive inductive technology, The NiFe alloy core moves frictionlessly within the reel, eliminating mechanical wear in high-frequency applications. Its passive architecture provides a total EMI immunity, guaranteeing stable measurements even under 20g rms vibrations and parasitic magnetic fields typical of CNC environments or automotive assembly lines.

For integration into modern control loops, this industrial probe requires connection to external signal processors installed in the electrical panel, delegating the conditioning to the signal amplifiers for LVDT (SM10 or SM12 series) to deliver 4-20mA or ±10V analog outputs to the PLC.
