F4eS torque transducer
- Category: Torque torque, SENSORS
He F4eS torque transducer It expands the very high torque range (60 kNm – 120 kNm) by incorporating a state-of-the-art digital optical signal transmission. This technology provides complete immunity to electromagnetic interference (EMC), making it the ideal choice for test benches where intense magnetic fields generated by high-power electric motors coexist.
Optical Precision and Strain Gauges
The fundamental principle of measurement is based on strain gauges High-precision components are installed in the torsion element, ensuring exceptional linearity and stability. Maintaining the extreme robustness and accuracy (0.1%) of the F4 series, the optical variant ensures noise- and error-free data transmission at any speed within its operating range.
It is ideal for the development and validation of large e-mobility components, aerospace applications and renewable energy systems, where signal integrity is critical.
