The NCTE 7000 Series provides reliable measurement of very high torque up to 5,000 Nm in moderate-speed applications. Equipped with a standard NCTE 138 mm flange with eight M12 bolts, it allows for direct integration into heavy-duty drive systems without mechanical redesign. Operating at controlled speeds up to 3,600 RPM, it offers certified accuracy (±0.5%), ideal for continuous industrial validation.

Its contactless magnetostrictive architecture ensures zero wear on bearings and brushes, allowing unlimited operating cycles without metrological degradation. Digital inductive transmission facilitates real-time data storage via CAN-Bus and integration with standard NCTE software, providing comprehensive post-test analysis.

Specifically designed for medium- to high-displacement industrial turbines, power compressors, heavy machinery drive systems, power research laboratories, and OEM validation plants for critical components. Available with angular sensors (optical 360 CPR or magnetic 60 CPR) for simultaneous rotational speed measurement.
