He F3iS Torque Transducer It redefines torque measurement in high-power applications, offering a measurement range of 30 kNm to 50 kNm with unparalleled robustness. Utilizing contactless inductive signal transmission, this sensor eliminates mechanical wear and ensures stable, maintenance-free data transfer, even under continuous, high-speed operating conditions (up to 10,000 rpm).
High Capacity and Dynamics
Designed for integration into test benches for large-displacement engines, turbines, and marine or rail propulsion systems, the F3iS combines high-precision digital electronics (Class 0.05% – 0.1%) with a mechanical structure optimized to withstand high parasitic loads. Its integrated electronics offer multiple configurable outputs (Frequency, Voltage, Current, CAN bus), simplifying its connection to any data acquisition (DAQ) system or PLC.
In addition to its primary torque capability, the F3iS can be optionally equipped with a high-resolution optical speed detection system, providing a complete solution for real-time mechanical power analysis.
