The ELCIS I/72 is a patented incremental encoder equipped with an internal star coupling, compensating for ±3 mm of axial movement. It is rugged, versatile, and easy to mount and use on motors from various manufacturers.
It has an anodized aluminum base and a Valox 420 cover, weighs 470 g, and accepts hollow stainless steel shafts of Ø6, Ø8, Ø9.52 and Ø10 mm (Øn on request). The maximum coupling compensation is axial ±3 mm, radial ±0.05 mm and angular ±2°.
It generates from 1 to 25,000 pulses per revolution with a maximum frequency of 100 kHz (300 kHz optional) and is offered with NPN, PNP, push-pull, line driver, TTL, discriminator, and 1 Vpp sinusoidal electronics, with axial or radial output via cable, connector, or terminal box (IP00). The light source is an LED with a lifespan of ≥ 100,000 hours. Available in guemisa.es.
