I/92CD Incremental Encoder High Resolution

I/92CD – Incremental Encoder Ø 92 mm, through shaft Ø 20 mm, high-precision metal body, resolution up to 900,000 dpi

The ELCIS I/92CD incremental encoder is designed for high-resolution, high-precision applications. Its robust housing, approximately 92 mm in diameter (55 mm long), and 20 mm through-shaft allow for direct mounting on drive shafts, ensuring reliable mechanical integration. The model offers configurable resolutions from 9,000 to 900,000 pulses per revolution (ppr) and an output frequency ranging from approximately 160 to 2,200 kHz, making it suitable for demanding measurement and position control systems. According to the datasheet, the reading accuracy reaches ±5.0 arc seconds (±5 arc.sec.). It weighs approximately 1,200 g and operates on a nominal 5 V DC power supply. This encoder is ideal for dividing tables, spindles, test benches, or any industrial installation where precision and resolution are critical.
