I/90D Incremental Encoder High Resolution

I/90D – Incremental Encoder Ø 90 mm, solid shaft Ø 10 mm × 15 mm, compact metal body, resolution up to 90,000 dpi

The ELCIS I/90D incremental encoder is a high-resolution, compact model designed for industrial systems requiring extremely precise position measurement. Its 90 mm diameter, 57 mm long anodized aluminum housing provides excellent mechanical strength and durability in demanding working environments.

It features a solid Ø 10 mm shaft with a usable length of 15 mm and weighs approximately 600 g. It offers configurable resolutions from 1 to 90,000 pulses per revolution (ppr) and reaches a maximum output frequency of 1,000 kHz, enabling fast and reliable readings even on high-speed shafts.

It operates on a 5 to 30 V DC power supply and is available with different electronic configurations (NPN, push-pull or line driver), ensuring easy integration with controllers, PLCs or data acquisition systems.

Thanks to its high resolution, small size and structural robustness, the ELCIS I/90D encoder is ideal for measuring equipment, servomotors, CNC machinery, speed control systems and precision test benches.
