The ELCIS I/63SC incremental encoder is a high-precision, compact solution ideal for industrial applications requiring direct servo-mount mounting. Its 63 mm diameter metal housing and 6 mm diameter solid shaft ensure robustness and reliability, with an approximate weight of 450 g. 
It offers configurable resolutions from 1 to 25,000 pulses per revolution (ppr), and a maximum output frequency of up to 100 kHz as standard (with an option of up to 300 kHz) depending on the version. 
The design includes long-life bearings (1.5 × 10⁹ revolutions service life) and is designed for radial/axial loads of up to 4 kg on the standard shaft. It meets impact (50 G × 11 ms) and vibration (12 G, 10-2000 Hz) standards. 
Thanks to its versatile construction, multiple signaling options (NPN, PNP, line driver, 1 Vpp sinusoidal) and typical power supply ranges (5 ÷ 30 V), the I/63SC is suitable for servo motor control systems, automation, robotics and OEM equipment requiring direct integration into motor shaft or test bench.
