The incremental encoder ELCIS I/63EH It is designed for extremely demanding industrial environments where robustness and reliability are key. Featuring a reinforced 63 mm diameter metal housing and a solid 9.52 mm diameter stainless steel shaft, this heavy-duty model withstands severe vibration, impact, dust, and moisture conditions, thanks to its IP67 protection rating.

It offers adjustable resolutions from 1 to 25,000 pulses per revolution (ppr), with configurable electronics to operate with voltages between 5 and 30 V DC and various outputs (push-pull, line driver, NPN, PNP, open collector). Its long-life LED optical system guarantees stable and accurate signals at standard frequencies up to 100 kHz, with options up to 300 kHz for applications demanding higher signal speeds.

This encoder supports continuous speeds up to 6,000 rpm (intermittent up to 7,800 rpm), and withstands shocks of 50 G and vibrations of 12 G (10–2,000 Hz), ensuring reliable operation in industrial applications, heavy machinery, automation and motor control under harsh conditions.

With a robust anodized aluminum construction and a Valox 420 top cover, it weighs approximately 600 grams, making it an ideal choice for tasks requiring high precision and environmental resistance.
