UTA Thermohygrometer

Humidity and temperature sensor

NESA UTA Thermohygrometer is a combined air temperature and relative humidity sensor and is designed to provide accurate and reliable measurements, complying with the technical standards of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). It is an ideal solution for meteorological, climatological, industrial and environmental automation applications. For more demanding environments, a version with forced ventilation (code TAV), which improves sensor response and measurement stability in the face of rapid variations in ambient conditions.

Temperature measurement is carried out by means of a sensor element RTD Pt100 class 1/3 DIN, recognized for its high stability and accuracy. This sensor can be configured to provide a direct Pt100 output with a four-wire connection, or standardized electrical signals in current (4–20 mA), voltage (0–2 Vdc) or RS485 digital communication with Modbus protocol, allowing easy integration into SCADA systems, PLCs or remote monitoring networks.

For relative humidity measurement, the sensor uses capacitive technology. low power (<0.1 W), based on a thin film that changes its capacity linearly depending on the humidity content in the air. This technology provides excellent repeatability and a rapid response to changes in ambient humidity. Like the temperature sensor, the output signal can be configured in voltage (0–1 Vdc), current (4–20 mA), or digital format. RS485/Modbus, offering great connection versatility and compatibility with various data acquisition platforms.

This sensor temperature and humidity with Modbus output It is presented as a robust and precise tool for the environmental monitoring, providing reliable data both indoors and outdoors. Its compact design, low power consumption, and wide range of outputs make it an excellent choice for automatic weather stations, HVAC systems, environmental control in greenhouses, laboratories, warehouses, and other professional applications where the data quality and sensor durability are fundamental.
