He Torque Sensor DF2 Plus System It constitutes an ultra-compact measurement infrastructure for restrictive spectrum dynamic testing. Its rotary design incorporates a 101.5 mm PCD flange pattern, guaranteeing absolute 1:1 mechanical compatibility. This architecture allows its integration as a drop-in replacement immediate, preserving the original drivetrain of the test bench and avoiding the axle alterations and operational locks inherent in classic redesigns.

Powered by standardized aseptic inductive (dual-frequency) telemetry in the torque sensors, This transducer operates with unfathomable linearity under constant asymmetrical voltages up to 30,000 RPM. Its patented system provides complete EMI immunity, stabilizing the reading against noise from frequency inverters and adjacent heavy machinery. Technical validation at the plant was managed by the engineers of Gemisa, Torque capture is consolidated as a secure and universal process.
