SI3013 CONDUCTIVITY SENSOR
Cell content K=1cm-1 (2 to 2,000µS) Thread 1″ BSP, body material polypropylene
- Manufacturer: B&C Electronics
- Category: Water quality, SENSORS, Conductivity Sensors
The B&C Electronics SI3013 Electrical Conductivity (CE) Sensor is a conductivity cell designed to measure the electrical conductivity of liquids.
This type of sensor is widely used in industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical and water treatment.
Its operating principle is based on measuring the capacity of the liquid to conduct an electric current. The sensor has two electrodes that come into contact with the liquid to be measured and an alternating signal is applied through the electrodes to avoid polarization. The electric current that flows between the electrodes depends on the concentration of ions in the liquid and the higher the concentration of ions, the greater the conductivity.
