Schreiber Messtechnik SM121 SM123 SM125 SM127

Schreiber Messtechnik SM121 SM123 SM125 SM127
Schreiber Messtechnik models SM121, SM123, SM125 and SM127 are electronic modules designed to work with inductive displacement sensors, such as LVDTs (Linear Variable Differential Transducers). These modules convert the sensor signals into continuous current or voltage outputs, proportional to the measured displacement.

Properties

Main features:

  • Models and outputs:
    • SM121: 0 to 20 mA current output.
    • SM123: 4 to 20 mA current output.
    • SM125: ±10 V voltage output.
    • SM127: 0 to 10 V voltage output.
  • Settings:
    • Basic profit: Preset via jumpers on the board, with multiplier options of 1x, 2x, 3.9x, and 4.9x.
    • Fine tuning: carried out through potentiometers to accurately calibrate the output signal.
  • Compatibility:
    • Suitable for a variety of inductive linear and angular displacement sensors, allowing flexible integration into different applications.
  • Applications:
    • General industry, automation and test systems requiring accurate displacement measurements.

These modules offer an efficient solution for converting LVDT sensor signals into usable formats for control and monitoring systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability in various industrial applications.
